Open Streets is back! With the event only a few days away Mayor Dilkens visited Mike Chantler, executive director of Open Streets Windsor – Ontario 150 Celebration, to find out what’s changed since last year and what’s special about the Ontario 150 edition. Be sure to come out this Sunday, September 17 from 10am-5pm to enjoy Windsor’s largest free recreation program in the City’s history.
