We have all witnessed that Windsor is in the midst of record economic development and population growth – which shows no signs of slowing down in the years to come. Much of that growth is driven by unprecedented investments in large-scale infrastructure projects in our community, like construction of the Gordie Howe International Bridge, progress on the NextStar Energy EV battery plant, and the next phase of work towards the Windsor-Essex Acute Care Hospital. The Conference Board of Canada expects Windsor to be a leader in gross domestic product (GDP) growth through at least 2028, and every local investment comes with positive impacts on spin-off sectors.

As the Automotive and Automobility Capital of Canada, and an International Gateway between Canada and the United States, Windsor is uniquely positioned to leverage this time of exponential growth and make it translate to More Jobs – More Opportunities for the record number of individuals and families who are choosing to lay down roots in our community.
