I was pleased to accept the Robert Pulleyblank Award for Environmental Achievement on behalf of the City of Windsor at the Essex Region Conservation Authority’s (ERCA) Annual General Meeting Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020. This highest distinction awarded by the Essex Region Conversation Authority recognizes the leadership of Windsor council and the proactive efforts of administration to protect our environment and promote sustainability.
