Three weeks ago, we unveiled breathtaking sculptures of General Brock and Chief Tecumseh, part of a monument in the newly constructed Sandwich roundabout. This installation recognizes the historic meeting between these two leaders during the War of 1812, and their significance to the history of Sandwich Town, the City of Windsor and our Nation. The works also represent the latest addition to our City’s growing public art collection, pointing to the value and importance we assign to the stories that have shaped the Windsor of today.
