In the latest edition of Mayor’s Minute Mayor Dilkens catches up with our Conservation and Preservation Team in Ford City. The students show him the work required to take care of Windsor’s 105 public sculptures, from inspecting and documenting, to cleaning and waxing. The Mayor also learn more about the “Generations” sculpture, created by local artist Mark Williams. The team will be out all summer, working to make sure our public art is in good condition and can last through our varying seasons. If there’s anywhere or anything you’d like to learn more about in the City of Windsor, let us know at mayoro@citywindsor.ca.
