Patti France and Mayor Dilkens both grew up in the City of Windsor. They both have a lifetime of memories connected to this community and everything that’s amazing about it. He grew up and became Windsor’s Mayor. Shegrew up and became the president of one of the City’s pillar academic institutions – St. Clair College.
